Event Details

The role of the CFO has dramatically evolved over the last two decades. Gone are the days of CFOs who only make appearances during board and budget meetings; rather, the successful CFO today is an agent of change and growth who actively participates and supports the teams surrounding them.

While the evolution of the role has been a welcome change for some, it has demanded a new level of skill and finesse on the part of the CFO. From managing the expectations of their board and investors to anticipating the needs and wants of the CEO, audit partners, investment bankers, employees, the media, and more, CFOs are now charged to be expert communicators who can easily negotiate the differing needs of their audiences with savvy and ease.

The CFO RoundTable has assembled an outstanding panel of experts and practitioners to provide a detailed look at the habits of highly effective CFOs. This session will focus on the views and experiences of those who manage, evaluate, and partner with the CFO, as well as focus on the communications from various audiences impacted by their performance.

Learning Objectives:
After attending this course, attendees will be able to understand the key evaluators of their own performance, as well as know how they (the CFO) can communicate more effectively with their own audience.
